If you are an officer and can not attend the meeting, please send me a note about the goings on of your office and anything else of note so that it can be passed along. If you are not an officer, but have something you wish to be brought before the meeting, please send me a note on that as well. Remember that Officers Meeting is open to all." Hope to see you there. In Service, Sabine REVELTUESDAY!!! This Tuesday is the fifth one in the month so that means revel time!!!
"Sabine has asked that Issac and I prepare the practice feast for Triumphe so that way we can get everyone's opinion and hopefully continue our Province's fine tradition of everyone leaving our table with full smiles and big stomachs. I will also be serving the leftover Italian sodas from this weekend. I want everyone to come and be prepared to give the much needed criticism that is required to help assure that we continue to offer the greatest experience to anyone who attends a Mooneschadowe event. Tell us what you liked, what you disliked, what is a good idea or bad. The revel will be held at the Fratopia . In order to help defray food costs, please bring some money to donate, around $5 per person would be great. We will setup the tables around 7:30 and start serving at 7:45. In case you did not hear, this year we will be making Shabu-Shabu, a Mongolian hot pot dish. Please let me know if you are planing on going to the revel so we will can get an idea how many people to cook for. Send an RSVP to

Jean Paul and I would like to announce that Phoenix Arms will be officially reopening its doors for armor nights. The first open night will be on Monday April 13th. Doors will open at 4pm. Jean Paul will be available for consultation after 8pm. Cleanup will be at 11pm. The plan is to have the shop open every other Monday, so the next armor night will be April 27th. I’ll try to keep open days posted in the newsletter and announced at meetings. Holidays can cause my work schedule to shift. I will announce if this happens.
A few handy shop tips:
Bring cash: As always we appreciate it when people can contribute to the shop funds. This allows us to keep things like rivets, polish, tape and other things in stock. JP and I try to keep all the necessary materials for armor on hand. We offer it to the populace at cost. The shop now has a drink fridge. Pop is $0.50 If you chose to bring your own beverages, you are welcome to use the fridge, just be sure to put your name on them or they will become shop property. Sometimes we like to get pizza if you don’t want to be left out bring a few bucks to chip in. Dress to work. We have things on fire and power tools. Close toed shoes are highly recommended. We have gloves, safety glasses and earplugs to loan. Help save our tools and you. If you don’t know how to use a tool, ask. We’ll be glad to show you how to use the tool. If you just don’t feel comfortable using a tool let us know and we’ll work around it. Make dinner plans. Because of the long drive I’m trying to have extended hours. This means it overlaps dinner time. We have a nice big grill if people want to get together and grill out. It’s a ten minute drive to any place to eat and Mannford’s selection is limited. It doesn’t have to go home but it can’t stay here. All personal items including works in progress have to go home with you at the end of the night. No exceptions. Clean as you go. We normally have a full house and work space is a premium. Please try and keep the work areas free of clutter. If you leave before final clean up please make sure you clean up all your tools and supplies before you leave.
